British Heart Foundation: Fruitful Office
Heart disease remains the single biggest killer in the UK, it’s responsible for around 73,000 deaths, an average of 200 people each day. All too often these deaths could be prevented by positive lifestyle changes that look after your heart.
Why not kick-start your 2015 (and keep that New Year resolution on track) by signing up for the British Heart Foundation’s Health at Work programme – their goal is to promote heart healthy lifestyles by providing free help, support, advice and ideas which help foster long term, heart healthy lifestyles.
The programme is completely free to join, and if you sign up before the end of January 2015 via the fruitful office competition page you’re automatically entered into a prize draw where you can win one of their weekly fruit
basket deliveries for the entire year – there will no excuse for the winner not getting their 5 a day!
